B Duggan is an oil painter who originally began as a southwestern scene artist in the 1970’s. After moving to California he began to paint ocean scenes and these are what he became known for.
He actually paint the same scene in various settings namely sunrise, nighttime etc. this painting is at sunrise. The painting consist Beautiful lighthouse ….The painting is marked with an incised signature reading “B Duggan ” to its lower right and is mounted in a beautiful Frame still in good condition.
